Body- Breakfast provides an important energy supply at the most critical time of the day. Also, kids and adults who eat breakfast on a daily basis are more likely to maintain a healthy body weight than breakfast-skippers.
Belly- Critical nutrients can be obtained in breakfast foods...calcium, Vitamin D, iron, and B vitamins are just a few examples. It's hard to catch up if you miss these in the morning! Brain- Kids who regularly eat breakfast perform better academically, have better focus and attention, and fewer behavior problems.
